Who we are

This website is operated by Newton Care Limited (trading as Absolute Care), a CQC-regulated domiciliary care provider. Our registered address is Ground Floor, Grove House, Milburn Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, BH4 9HJ. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect

Enquiry information — when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you send us.
Analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about how you use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics 4.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used briefly for security and to keep the site running.

How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry and arrange care services.
To improve our website and understand which content is helpful.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 2 years), unless you become a client — in which case retention is governed by our care records policy. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
